Appearance:

She has light brown skin because Filipinos are obsessed witgh whitening products
She has dark brown hair and a curl on her right side which represents Palawan (which is totally original and totally not copied from ~SPINNY-chair-HERO). She also has three sampaguita flowers on her hair representing Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao (which is also totally original, btw)
She has brown eyes that changes color depending on her mood just like how the Philippine flag changes in times of war.
She usually wears baro't saya but she used to wear boys' clothes back when she was little because Spain was too stupid to ask her her gender. lol.
She has D-cup breasts because Ukraine has large boobs because Hima says she has large agricultural lands and Philippines has a larger agricultual land so why not? F*ck logic. lol.XD

Personality
She is what Japan calls as Tsundere especially to America because Filipinas are always "pakipot" and pakipot=tsundere.

Relations:

Spain - is her adoptive father. He calls her "his precious daughter" because she's his only colony in the world, except for Romano and Mexico. South America? Lol. What is that? XD

America - She is his hero but she doesn't tell him that because she's tsundere. She calls him her "Kuya" which means big brother which America doesn't like because America loves Piri more than a sister. They were married during the commonwealth period but they broke-up after Japan took Piri away.But after America returned, Piri hugged him and confessed her love despite all the genocide, cruelties, racism, economic manipulation, resource drain, etc that America did to her country. Love~..<3

England - He went to war with Spain to get her because he forgot he had other colonies all over the world. Yeah. Also, he fell in love with her but he had to leave after just 3 years of occupation.

Japan - they were brothers before Spain took Piri-tan. Then, Japan took the Philippines during WW2 and showered ALL his attention on her because she's just that precious. But then he was defeated by America and Piri went back to him. Nowadays, Japan and Piri has good relations and Japan makes Piri wear kawaii cosplays because like I said, she just that precious.

China - her big brother before Spain. He taught her ALL the culture she had before Spain. Welp. That's totally all there is about precolonial Philippines, China. ewe

Romano - they hated eachother when they were living in Spain's house. But truth be told, Romano was just jelous of Piri-tan because Spain showers all his love to her. But after they met again in a world meeting, he fell in live with her because she looked so beautiful now. ^////^

Taiwan - They hate each other because thy are competing for Japan's attention.

Vietnam - Pretty much like Taiwan only hey are competing for America's attention.

Basically, she hates every nation that has a vagina.
