CJ: Marjohara Tucay is a student leader-activist whom I have personally met just a few months ago. He was the Editor-in-chief of UP Diliman's school newspaper (The Philippine Collegian) and now works as an editor for the said publication. During US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's visit last November 16, 2011, he unfolded a banner and shouted "Junk VFA" thus disrupting the forum being held.
